Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Genux AI website ("www.genuxai.com") operated by Genux AI ("we", "us", or "our"), owned and operated by My Bella Vida Inc. (Incorporated). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website.

Service Plans:
STARTUP:
Genux AI shall deliver 1 chat bot/agent on 1 platform of choice, which will be chosen by the client. The platforms of choice will be clearly offered to the client. Genux AI shall offer 2 applications to be integration with the chat bot/agent. Monthly maintenance & updates will occur on the chat bot/agent for the client. Genux AI will allow the client to submit a maximum of 10 supporting documents at the initial start of the agreement.
BUSINESS:
Genux AI shall deliver 1 chat bot/agent on 2 platforms of choice, which will be chosen by the client. The platforms of choice will be clearly offered to the client. Genux AI shall offer 4 applications to be integration with the chat bot/agent. Bi-Weekly maintenance & updates will occur on the chat bot/agent for the client. Genux AI will allow the client to submit a maximum of 20 supporting documents at the initial start of the agreement.
ENTERPRISE:
Genux AI shall deliver 1 chat bot/agent on 3 platforms of choice, which will be chosen by the client. The platforms of choice will be clearly offered to the client. Genux AI shall offer 6 applications to be integration with the chat bot/agent. Weekly maintenance & updates will occur on the chat bot/agent for the client. Genux AI will allow the client to submit a maximum of 50 supporting documents at the initial start of the agreement.

Pricing Plans and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, however no refunds are offered under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, all work completed will be removed and deactivated on our end, this includes but is not limited to, Ai agents, Ai automation integrations with website, any Ai automations created or linked, SEO changes, FAQ updates. Please note there are no partial month refunds, and the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle following the cancellation request.

Cancellation & Renewal Policy
Customers must cancel their service at least 10 days prior to the renewal date to avoid charges for the subsequent period. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in non-refundable charges due to the allocation of resources, such as assigned animators.

11. Feedback
Customers acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback related to the services provided by Genux AI ("Feedback") must be communicated through designated platforms, specifically Asana. This ensures that Feedback is properly recorded and addressed. Genux AI retains ownership of all Feedback and is not obligated to keep it confidential. Genux AI is not liable for any oversight or failure to act on Feedback that is not shared through the designated channels. Customers are encouraged to use these platforms for all communication regarding Feedback to ensure it is duly noted and appropriately responded to.


Returns and Refunds
All payments made to Genux AI for services are non-refundable. This policy aligns with the guidelines outlined in the "Pricing Plans and Refund Policy" section, which states that subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided, regardless of when the cancellation occurs in relation to the billing cycle. Genux AI is committed to providing the promised services until the end of the current billing cycle following a cancellation request. This no-refund policy is designed to maintain operational efficiency and uphold the high quality of service for all customers.

Interruptions
There may be instances where service interruptions occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These could include, but are not limited to, unforeseen events such as team member unavailability, technical challenges, or external factors affecting our service delivery. In such cases, Genux AI will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the Customer’s inability to access services during these periods. We are dedicated to minimizing disruptions and will make every effort to notify Customers of significant interruptions and restore services promptly.

Automatic Acceptance of Work
Work delivered to the Customer will be deemed automatically accepted 48 hours after delivery, unless the Customer provides specific feedback or requests revisions within this timeframe.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

User Conduct
You agree to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Genux AI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without our prior written permission.
